Abstract
⺠Over expressed ERβ can promote the development of Chinese NSCLC. ⺠Down-regulation of ERβ gene can inhibit growth of Chinese NSCLC cells and induce their apoptosis. ⺠ERβ specific siRNA can induce NSCLC apoptosis via mitochondrial depolarization and caspase-3 activation.
