Abstract
⺠We analyzed the expression and localization of moneky 20a-HSD gene. ⺠This gene and protein are coordinately expressed in reproductive organs. ⺠Those expressions will depend on the estrous cycle stage. ⺠Protein localized mainly in the syncytiotrophoblast of the placenta. ⺠Promoter will express specifically in the reproductive tissues.
