Abstract
⺠Phenylketonuria (PKU) is a rare metabolic disorder of phenylalanine metabolism. ⺠Metabolic control can be a challenge in case of illness and in particular malignancy. ⺠We present use of custom made amino acid solution during chemotherapy for Burkit's Lymphoma. ⺠Phenylalanine levels and intake are summarized during three months chemotherapy. ⺠Metabolic control in PKU can be achieved with custom amino acid solution during chemotherapy.
