Abstract

âº We analyzed the chemosensitizing activity and mechanism of action of nitric oxide. âº We identified at YY1 and BclXL in PCa that regulate resistance and are inhibited by NO. âº The combination of NO and CDDP was an effective therapy in tumor regression in vivo.
