Abstract
⺠Effect of [d-Trp8]-EKC/D or [d-Trp10]-EKC/D was longer than [d-Trp8,10]-EKC/D. ⺠Effect of [d-Trp10]-EKC/D depended on the number of amino acids in the N-terminal. ⺠[d-Trp10]-EKC/D had anti-inflammatory and anti-nociceptive effects. ⺠Effects of intrathecal and intradermal administration of [d-Trp10]-EKC/D were similar.
