Abstract
► Effect of [d-Trp8]-EKC/D or [d-Trp10]-EKC/D was longer than [d-Trp8,10]-EKC/D. ► Effect of [d-Trp10]-EKC/D depended on the number of amino acids in the N-terminal. ► [d-Trp10]-EKC/D had anti-inflammatory and anti-nociceptive effects. ► Effects of intrathecal and intradermal administration of [d-Trp10]-EKC/D were similar.
