Abstract
ⶠA novel ASIP/MSH hybrid pharmacophore has been designed. ⶠA direct on-resin peptide lactam cyclodimerization is reported. ⶠCyclodimeric ASIP/MSH hybrid peptides displayed nM range hMC1R agonist activities.
