Abstract

âº Kininogens bind to retinoic acid-differentiated human neuroblastoma IMR-32 cells. âº These neuronal cells produce kinins and des-Arg-kinins from exogenous kininogens. âº The production of these peptides increases after cell stimulation with interferon-Î³. âº Stimulated cells express tissue kallikrein, carboxypeptidase M and kinin receptors. âº Particularly, the des-Arg-kinin-specific B1-type receptors are highly induced.
