Abstract
⺠Kininogens bind to retinoic acid-differentiated human neuroblastoma IMR-32 cells. ⺠These neuronal cells produce kinins and des-Arg-kinins from exogenous kininogens. ⺠The production of these peptides increases after cell stimulation with interferon-γ. ⺠Stimulated cells express tissue kallikrein, carboxypeptidase M and kinin receptors. ⺠Particularly, the des-Arg-kinin-specific B1-type receptors are highly induced.
