Abstract
ⶠThe AM in the nasal discharge was significantly higher in the non-allergy group. ⶠAM-positive mast cells were found in the nasal mucosa. ⶠReduction of AM may be associated with attenuation of immediate allergic responses. ⶠIn the chronic phase, mast cells produce AM to inhibit inflammatory cell migration.
