Abstract
⺠Baclofen amplified alcohol's biphasic effects after oral alcohol administration. ⺠Baclofen reduced alcohol consumption in both the naturalistic and lab setting. ⺠An exploratory analysis suggested genetic polymorphisms might moderate its effects.
