Abstract
⺠Novel reinstatement paradigm that utilized music as a contextual CS in rats. ⺠Drug-paired music reinstated drug seeking and produced spatial conditioning. ⺠Drug-paired music significantly increased extracellular DA in the BLA of rats. ⺠18-MC pretreatment blocks context-induced drug seeking and spatial conditioning.
