Abstract
⺠We examine whether a full cocaine dosing range can be studied in humans in one day. ⺠Procedures were well tolerated with no significant adverse events noted. ⺠Significant dose-dependent changes in measures of self-administration were found. ⺠Changes in cardiovascular and subjective outcomes were less robustly detected. ⺠The data support the safety, tolerability and validity of our single-day design.
