Abstract
⺠We describe the anti-stress effect of the CRF1 antagonist SSR125543. ⺠Results showed that this action does not necessarily involve HPA axis blockade. ⺠This suggests that extra-hypothalamic CRF1-Rs may play a role in these effects.
