Abstract
⺠Abnormal EGF/ErbB signaling is implicated in the neuropathology of schizophrenia. ⺠The anthraquinone derivative emodin inhibits ErbB1 signaling. ⺠Emodin suppresses hyperlocomotion induced by acute methamphetamine challenge. ⺠Emodin interferes with acute methamphetamine signaling and behaviors.
