Abstract
⺠Exercise induced dehydration had no effect on the pharmacokinetics of alcohol. ⺠Breath alcohol levels were higher than blood levels for 2 h after ingestion. ⺠Blood alcohol levels were higher than breath levels 3 and 4 h after ingestion. ⺠Subjects were more likely to drive after drinking alcohol in a dehydrated state.
