Abstract
âºAM6545 is a neutral antagonist of CB1 receptors with poor central penetrability. âºAM6545 reduced food-reinforced operant responding at 4.0, 8.0 and 16.0 mg/kg. âºAM6545 reduced intake of high-carbohydrate, high-fat and chow diets. âºAM6545 is a potential appetite suppressant drug.
