Abstract
⺠20-HETE constricts afferent arterioles and contributes to autoregulation. ⺠EETs dilate afferent arterioles and act as an EDHF. ⺠20-HETE and EETs contribute to purinergic receptor afferent arteriolar responses. ⺠Soluble epoxide hydrolase, EETs, and 20-HETE are therapeutic targets.
