Abstract
ⶠWe develop an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay specific for Î12-prostaglandin J2. ⶠThis assay is applicable to its measurement in the culture medium of adipocytes. ⶠThis compound is generated endogenously at an earlier stage of the maturation phase. ⶠThe endogenous synthesis of it contributes to up-regulation of adipogenesis.
