Abstract

âº The absence of cPGES/p23 results in decrease in expression of 15-PGDH. âº The absence of cPGES/p23 leads to accumulation of PGE2 in the culture supernatants. âº 15-PGDH gene expression is transcriptionally regulated by cPGES/p23. âº Introduction of 15-PGDH into cPGES/p23-null cells reverses extracellular PGE2 levels.
