Abstract

âº Beta-eleostearic acid inhibited T24 cells growth and induced apoptosis. âº Beta-eleostearic acid induced generation of ROS accumulation in T24 cells. âº Beta-eleostearic acid increase expression of PPARÎ³ in T24 cells. âº ROS induced by Î²-eleostearic acid treatment stimulated progress of apoptosis.
