Abstract
⺠COX-2-silencing reduces the nuclear accumulation of LEF-1 and the effect is partially restored by addition of PGE2. ⺠PGE2 is not required for the nuclear accumulation of β-catenin. ⺠Noncanonical activation of the Wnt pathway in cancer cells may be context-specific.
