Abstract
⺠Integrated refolding techniques were used to recover MTH1 from inclusion bodies. ⺠A large amount of MTH1 was obtained for future biological and biophysical studies. ⺠The two-step-denaturing and refolding method obviously suppressed aggregation. ⺠The continuous dialysis method could produce more MTH1 monomer. ⺠MTH1 monomer was separated using Q column.
