Abstract
⺠Expression of Vitamin D receptor and its subdomains in Escherichia coli. ⺠Efficient purification was achieved from inclusion bodies. ⺠Full function retained by ligand binding and DNA binding assays. ⺠An efficient 2H, 13C, and 15N labeling is described.
