Abstract
⺠First ever production method for recombinant MTF-1 in Pichia pastoris reported. ⺠We show straightforward production of L7 â A7 MTF-1 mutant in MTF-1 acidic domain. ⺠Our method opens a wide range of previously unavailable mutational studies on MTF-1. ⺠DNA binding affinity from SPR of full length MTF-1 provides new functional insights. ⺠In vitro physical MTF-1-p300 interaction shown, expanding on earlier in vivo report.
