Abstract
âºExtracellular Angiotensin II causes cell swelling in failing heart. âºIntracellular Angiotensin II reduces the cell volume. âºAldosterone increases the cell swelling induced by Angiotensin II. âºSpironolactone inhibits the effect of Angiotensin II on cell volume. âºAT1 receptors' expression is involved in the action of aldosterone and spironolactone.
