Abstract
⺠The C-terminal flanking peptide of progastrin inhibits gastric cancer cell apoptosis. ⺠Apoptosis inhibition by CTFP is dependent on the PI3-kinase pathway. ⺠CTFP increases BcL-xL and phosphorylated-Bad while decreasing active caspase 3.
