Abstract
⺠Sixteen withanolides were isolated from the aerial parts of Physalis peruviana. ⺠Their structures were determined by MS and NMR analysis, as well as chemical methods. ⺠Perulactones E-H (1-4) belong to the small group of perulactone-type withanolides.
