Abstract

âº Three rapid non-genomic responses that involve plasma membrane sites by progesterone. âº Responses in internal calcium elevation, acidification, Na+/H+-exchange 1 inhibition. âº The intracellular calcium increase occurs not via Gi. âº Acidification is dependent on intracellular calcium increase. âº Na+/H+-exchange is not mediated in the response of acidification by progesterone.
