Abstract
⺠GR nuclear localization correlates with GILZ transactivation efficacy in U2OS cells. ⺠Ligand-specific GILZ promoter GR occupancy correlates with transcriptional efficacy in A549 cells. ⺠Results suggest cell-specific effects on relative contribution to ligand-specific transactivation efficacy.
