Abstract
⺠Glucocorticoids (GCs) are anti-inflammatory, but result in adverse side effects. ⺠Anti-inflammatory actions thought to be independent of GC receptor dimerisation. ⺠However, receptor dimerisation crucial to some anti-inflammatory actions. ⺠Here we explore the role of GC receptor dimerisation and its consequences.
