Abstract
⺠Factors affecting the ζ potential results of bacterial culture must be defined. ⺠Dispersing media as well as the bacteria age influence the ζ potential. ⺠Storage of bacteria in low temperature influences zeta potential value. ⺠ζ potential is different for the live and dead Rt24 strain of Rhizobium leguminosarum. ⺠Measurement of ζ potential should not be repeated in the same sample in device cell.
