Prof. Hanna and Dr. Sullivan listed as coauthors stated that they did not participate in the preparation and production of the article. The responsibility for the miscommunication that has arisen during the preparation and production of the article rests with Dr. Lee listed as the first author. Dr. Lee regrets his errors leading to the retraction of the article.
