Abstract
Le rôle du pharmacien dans la prise en charge et le suivi du patient goutteux est essentiel, d’autant plus que l’hyperuricémie est très fréquemment associée à d’autres troubles métaboliques tels que le diabète, l’obésité, ou encore les dyslipidémies. Un régime hypo-uricémiant ainsi que des thérapeutiques adjuvantes peuvent ainsi être conseillés à l’officine.
The role of the pharmacist in the treatment and follow-up of a gout patient is essential, all the more so as hyperuricaemia is very often associated with other metabolic conditions such as diabetes, obesity and dyslipidaemia. A hypouricaemic diet as well as adjuvant therapies can also be recommended at the community pharmacy.
