Abstract
La composition chimique d’une huile essentielle est très complexe et soumise à de très nombreuses variables. Connaître avec exactitude les constituants d’une huile essentielle est fondamental, à la fois pour vérifier sa qualité, expliquer ses propriétés et prévoir sa toxicité potentielle.
The chemical composition of an essential oil is very complex and subject to a high number of variables. Knowing the exact constituents of an essential oil is fundamental, in order to be certain of its quality and to be able to explain its properties and warn of its potential toxicity.
