Abstract
Children after treatment for childhood cancer tend to have deficiencies in physical fitness. Their fitness level does not improve in time. There is even a tendency to achieve results qualified in lower percentile ranges in following years. Introducing a program of early physical development and promoting fitness activities, should counteract existing situation.
