Abstract
The strains in the Lakcid and Lakcid forte were resistant to all tested antibiotics. Whereas sensitivity of bacteria in Trilac was for following antibiotics: penicillin, ampicillin, amoxicillin, piperacillin, cefuroxime, cefotaxime, ceftazidime, imipenem, meropenem, erythromycin, vancomycin, doxycycline, clindamycin. The strains in the Lacidofil were sensitive to ampicillin, amoxicillin, piperacillin and erythromycin. Especially Lakcid, Lakcid forte and also Lacidofil are preparations which may be used in antibiotic therapy to redress the balance of bacterial flora. Trilac is preparation which may be used in anaerobic infections.
