Abstract
Comprehensive, satisfactory introductory information on the imaging and anaesthesia procedures provided to pediatric patient's parent contributes to greater parent's comfort and post-factum satisfaction with the procedures. The parental anaesthesia-related anxiety is significantly higher among the parents' of children subjected to MRI and anaesthesia for the first time, but their evaluation of that anxiety and its justification is not different from that by more experienced parents'.
