Abstract
1. Percutaneous endoscopic gastrojejunostymy is a method permitting safe, long-term nutritional support in children who are intolerant to oral and/or intragastric feeding. 2. Nutritional support in children should be supervised by specialized centers in order to ensure the appropriate choice of nutritional treatment, monitoring of its course and treatment of complications.
