Abstract
After the period of elimination diet in majority of children with food allergy the signs of oversensitivity recede and earlier sensitizing food tolerance appears. The time of tolerance development is different, and usually longer in IgE-dependent allergy, particularly with severe course. Last time many research devoted the question of development acceleration capability at children with food allergy. In this paper we present some results in that theme, concerning specific oral immunotherapy, biological treatment or probiotics. Perhaps, in future they will become the base for new manner of treatment elaboration in food allergy.
