Abstract
Rotaviral infections are the important problem worldwide occurs. It is the most common cause of diarrhoea in children under 2 years and it's a major cause of infant's deaths in the Third World. The only way to eliminate rotaviral infections is safe and effective vaccination. Rotavirus has been priority target in vaccins development for the past several years. From among various vaccines elaborated in many countries, Rotarix® i RotaTeq® were chosen worldwide in 2006 for routine immunization of infants. However, works for receiving a new safe and effective rotaviral vaccine are continued. This article discusses an epidemiology of rotaviral infections, in particular about rotaviral vaccines.
