Abstract
Nodular lymphoid hyperplasia (NLH) is a rare condition frequently associated with mostly with common variable immunodeficiency (CVID) and selective immunoglobulin A deficiency. We report two cases of duodenal nodular lymphoid hyperplasia caused by Helicobacter pylori infection in children with selective immunoglobulin A deficiency. Upper endoscopy revealed multiple duoedeal polyps, in histopathology multiple activated lymph nodules were confirmed.
