Abstract
The baby's gender, complications of pregnancy and number of siblings increased total cord blood IgE levels. No correlation was seen between family history of atopy, parental smoking and CB IgE level. The long-term contact with cat during pregnancy causes of specific IgE level for wheat/grass and food, but such contact with dog decrease presence of sIgE for wheat/grass.
