Abstract
Myocarditis and anomalous left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery are rare congenital anomalies of cardiovascular system, both with high risk of mortality. The prognosis is worsening in case of late introduction of proper treatment; therefore, it is crucial to take these pathologies into consideration during the differential diagnosis of dilated cardiomyopathy, which both lead to, and thus eliminate the negative outcome of the treatment.
