Abstract
The authors presented the cases of visceral larva migrans syndrome in small children. They were characterized by hepatosplenomegaly with eosinophilic granulomas in the parenchyma of liver, bronchospasm and hiperleucocytosis. There were marked the therapeutical difficulties in the case of infection resistant to the therapy. Intensive treatment is recommended to obtain the success to prevent reinfection.
