Abstract
1. Sensorineural hearing loss is the major sensorineural disorder in the course of congenital cytomegaly, and eye manifestations are observed in congenital infections caused by different etiologic agents. 2. Etiologic treatment may influence on vision and hearing improvement. 3. Low prevalence of congenital rubella is an effect of vaccination. 4. Children with symptomatic congenital infections need longitudinal multispecialistic medical care.
