Abstract
⺠Immobilized metal modified TiO2 was studied for the inactivation of air born bacteria. ⺠XPS analysis provided important information on the species present on TiO2 surface. ⺠Metal modified TiO2 improved the inactivation of B. subtilis and S. aureus. ⺠Inactivation of E. coli was independent of metal modified TiO2 achieving maximum 57%.
