ZusammenfassungDas Indikationsspektrum zur Durchführung einer Handgelenkarthroskopie hat in den letzten Jahren an Umfang zugenommen. Bei der Diagnostik der karpalen Instabilität oder auch der Pathologien am TFCC gilt sie als „Goldstandard“. Stadium-1-Läsionen der intrinsischen Bänder können ebenso arthroskopisch therapiert werden wie traumatische und degenerative TFCC-Läsionen. Weitere Indikationen werden z.B. in der Ganglionresektion, in der Entfernung freier Gelenkkörper oder auch bei der Versorgung intraartikulärer distaler Radiusfrakturen gesehen. Als relativ komplikationsarmes Operationsverfahren hat sich die Handgelenkarthroskopie in den letzten Jahren etabliert.
SummaryThe indications for wrist arthroscopy continued to expand in the last years. Concerning diagnostics of carpal instabilities or TFCC pathologies wrist arthroscopy is considered as “gold standard”. Cases of grade 1 lesions of intrinsic ligaments as well as traumatic or degenerative TFCC lesions are amenable to arthroscopic treatment. Further indications are seen in ganglionectomy, removing loose bodies and in the treatment of intra-articular fractures of the distal radius. Considering the few complications, wrist arthroscopy has established itself.
