Abstract
The term “throwers' elbow” refers to two different overuse syndrome of the elbow region in throwing and overhead sports. This paper covers medial (ulnar) epicondylitis as well as injuries of the ulnar collateral ligament. Causes, symptoms, diagnosis as well as conservative and surgical therapy are discussed.
