Abstract
⺠MSRE-qPCR is an efficient method to quantitate plasma DNA methylation. ⺠Analysis of four methylated genes in plasma could be used for HCC detection. ⺠Methylation levels of RASSF1A in plasma appears to be a prognostic marker of HCC.
