Resultados a largo plazo de la anuloplastia permanente y regulable de De Vega

ResuménLa cirugía reparadora de la válvula tricúspide (VT) consiste, en la mayoría de los casos, en una anuloplastia.La tendencia actual, sobre todo en países desarrollados, es la utilización de anillos protésicos para su realización. Sin embargo, todavía hay muchos centros que utilizan de forma habitual la técnica de anuloplastia mediante sutura semicircular descrita por Noberto González De Vega.El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar los resultados a largo plazo de la anuloplastia de De Vega y compararla con la anuloplastia con prótesis comerciales.Se realiza una revisión bibliográfica de las publicaciones más recientes y con mayor relevancia. Las series más antiguas reportan curvas de ausencia de reintervención sobre la VT que varían entre un 77 y un 91% a los 15 años empleando la anuloplastia semicircular con sutura modificada, indicando que es una técnica válida para el tratamiento de la insuficiencia tricúspide (IT) funcional. Estos resultados suelen mejorarse a corto plazo con la utilización de anillos «remodeladores» protésicos.

However, there are still many centers that routinely use the technique of semicircular suture annuloplasty described by Norberto Gonzalez De Vega.The aim of this work is to analyze the long-term results of De Vega annuloplasty and compare these results with commercial prosthetic rings.We carried out a literature review of the most recent and relevant publications. series with long follow-up reported absence of re-intervention on the tricuspid valve that varies between 77 and 91% at 15 years using modified semicircular suture annuloplasty, thus indicating that this is a valid technique for the treatment of functional tricuspid regurgitation. these results seem to improve in the short term with the use of ``remodeling" prosthetic rings.
