Abstract
We present the case of a patient with a post-traumatic spinal cord injury occurring twelve years before who had episodic headaches. Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring made it possible to demonstrate the loss of nictameral rhythm of blood pressure and sudden pressure increases after urinary tract manipulation.
